The second day of the LTTA 2023 (Learning, Teaching and Training Activity) of the Flavours of Europe project took place in a working atmosphere and with numerous advances in content. Today it was time for the Handbooks (manuals for all those involved in the project in different sectors and organizations).

September 12 began in the meeting room of the Palacio de la Generala, with a few words of welcome from Roxana Slemco, project leader, who recalled the main lines of the project in continuity with the work of previous meetings.

A very complete morning followed in which the various handbooks were presented: Enterpreneur in My Village (Carlos Ongallo and Elena Comín, from EBS), Brand & Image of my food’s place (Ancuta Prisacaru, from the University of Suceava); Ten steps for Digitalization of the Gastronomy Cultural Heritage (Mihai Mitrea, from NERDA) and finally From my village I can be all over the world (Daniel Pina, from INOVA).

After the working day, the group moved to the Natural Park of Los Barruecos, where they visited, with the guide Sara Fragoso, the Vostell-Malpartida Museum, where they enjoyed a very nice dinner ‘Fluxus + Flavours’) in the natural environment.

The day ended with a very special moment: the toast, during which the director of EBS, Carlos Ongallo, wanted to recognize the young people for their work in ‘taking all their achievements to the future’.The young Denisa Bucuilei answered him, picking up the baton and committing herself to continue working for her own training.
