The director of EBS and the coordinator of European projects of the School have held in the Romanian city of Piatra Neamț a meeting of the Flavours of Europe project, which brings together eight partners from different European countries, and that during the last two years has allowed to deepen the economic development of the European Union through its gastronomy.
On June 22 and 23, the partner countries of the Flavours of Europe consortium met in the beautiful city of Piatra Neamț, almost on the border with Moldova, to attend the final meeting with the partners of the Project. The meetings took place at the headquarters of ADR-NordEst, the local development entity of Northeast Romania, during which the new training platform was presented.
As a result of this project, which we explained in previous news, the Flavours of Europe Academy has been set up, which brings together some European leaders who are experts in sustainable development through gastronomy.
The project is born with the concurrence of several partners: North-East Regional Development Agency (Romania), Budakov Films EOOD (Bulgaria), Inova+ Innovation Services, SA (Portugal), Eurocrea Merchant SRL (Italy), IDEC S.A. (Greece), University ‘Ștefan cel Mare’ (Romania), the Association Incoming Romania (Romania) and the Foundation for Management Development-EBS (Spain).
From these lines we would like to pay a warm tribute to our hosts in the country, headed by the project leader, Ana Roxana Slemco and all her team: Mihai Parfeni and Mihai Mitrea, who have left in us a deep mark of gratitude. We will meet again in future projects!
